In collaboration with Meiji Co., Ltd. Hirake Cacao Project Team and Onomichi Zosu, which has been making vinegar in Onomichi for over 440 years, we have developed a drink using cacao vinegar, a vinegar made from cacao.
We have created two types of drinks from this beautiful pink vinegar, which is delicious even on its own.
Cacao nibs, rich in polyphenols, are combined with vitamin C-rich rose hips and mineral-rich brown sugar. The refreshing acidity and saltiness are perfect after sports or a sauna. Enjoy the invigorating taste that defies the image of cacao.
