ABOUT
CAN-PANY is an urban bottling plant that manufactures and fills beverages and opened in Kiyosumi Shirakawa in May 2023. It was established by Mitosaya Herb Garden Distillery , which operates a distillery in the naturally rich area of Chiba.
With an emphasis on "small batches," "non-alcoholic," and "collaboration," the company is involved in everything from recipe development to ingredient processing, manufacturing, filling, shipping, and sales. Carbonated drinks made with seasonal ingredients and mocktails made from new recipes are produced in a functional and hygienic factory where all manufacturing processes can be seen.
The name CAN-PANY is a new word that means "Friends who fill up." You can read it as "Company" or "Kampany." We look forward to welcoming friends who enjoy filling up at CAN-PANY and DRINK BAR.
Three Features
1. Small Lots
CAN-PANY has established a production system that can flexibly handle even small lot orders. From recipe development to manufacturing, filling, and sales, everything is done within CAN-PANY. This approach, which allows new ideas to be quickly shaped, has made it possible to develop experimental recipes and limited edition products, and is the driving force behind creating new trends in the beverage industry.
2. Non-alcoholic
CAN-PANY is passionate about developing non-alcoholic drinks with deep flavors and complex tastes, aiming to create new beverages that are healthy and more enjoyable. This leads to the creation of products that are accepted in a wide range of situations by a wide range of people who do not drink alcohol or choose not to drink alcohol.
3. Collaboration
CAN-PANY actively collaborates with producers across the country and creators in different fields, developing not only original products but also collaborative products.
