Q. How can I purchase CAN-PANY products?
A. You can purchase our products at our online store or at the DRINK BAR shop located in CAN-PANY. Please check INFO / ACCESS for the location and opening hours of the DRINK BAR.
You can also purchase CAN-PANY products at restaurants and retail stores that carry them.
Q. What payment methods are available on the online shop?
A. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q. What methods are available for receiving the product?
A. You can choose to have it shipped to your specified address or pick it up at the DRINK-BAR. If you live near CAN-PANY, we also offer the option of having our staff deliver it directly to you.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A. Normally, we ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. Please note that there may be delays depending on the shipping situation.
Q: How much is shipping?
A. Domestic shipping is 500 yen, and if the total product price exceeds 10,000 yen, shipping is free. Please check the details when ordering.
Q. Can I return or exchange products?
A. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return and exchange procedure. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Q: Is gift wrapping available?

A. DRINK-BAR regularly holds release events and tasting events. Details of these events will be posted on our website and social media.

A. We are currently considering introducing a membership program. We will announce the details on our official website as soon as they are decided.
About Manufacturing
Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. There is no minimum order quantity, and you can fill from just one bottle.
Q. What is the amount and unit price when outsourcing manufacturing?
A. It depends on the production contents and the number of bottles. You can check the approximate price on the " Original Drink Price Simulator ".
Q. How long will it take to manufacture?
A. It depends on the manufacturing process and how busy the factory is, but the shortest time is about 2 to 3 months. Please see here for the manufacturing process .
Q: What is the expiration date?
A. It depends on the contents, but cans usually have a best-before date of 6 months to 1 year from the date of manufacture, and bottles usually have a best-before date of 1 year.
Q. Can you only produce carbonated drinks?
A. Currently, we only sell carbonated beverages (soft drinks) when producing cans. However, we can also produce non-carbonated beverages when producing bottles. In addition, we can also put things other than beverages, such as coffee beans and tea leaves, in cans.
Q. Is there anything that can't be put in a can or bottle?
A. In order to provide safe beverages in accordance with the law, the pH of the beverage must be adjusted to a value below the specified level. Therefore, coffee, tea, etc. cannot be bottled as is, but it is possible to develop and manufacture soft drinks that use coffee or tea as some of the ingredients.
Regarding bottles, we will also suggest appropriate options taking into consideration preservation properties, etc.
Q. Can I bring in raw materials or processed products?
A. You can bring in unprocessed products such as fruits and coffee beans. Processed products such as syrups and fermented drinks can only be brought in by those who have a food business license.
Q. Can I put alcohol in it?
A. Currently, we only manufacture non-alcoholic soft drinks. We are planning to obtain a license to manufacture alcoholic beverages in the future.
Q. Please tell us about developing the recipe.
A. Before starting product development, we will ask you about your requests and propose the ingredients and recipes to be used. We will fine-tune the ingredients and recipes proposed to you once free of charge. However, if major changes to the ingredients are required, we will consider it as a new development.
Q. What is the capacity of the cans and bottles?
A. Currently, we only stock 350ml cans. We plan to stock other sizes in the future. For bottles, we stock 200ml bottles, but we can also stock other sizes.
Q. What kind of paper can I use for the labels?
A. We only use Yupo paper labels, taking into consideration water resistance. Labeling, etc. complies with the Food Sanitation Act.

Q. Can I hold an event at the DRINK BAR?
A. You can use the DRINK BAR for release events, study sessions, etc. Please contact us for details.

Q. Is photography allowed at all locations?
A. You can take photos inside the drink bar and the factory. However, there may be restrictions on taking photos in some areas and during the manufacturing process.
