We were asked by KIMIDORI FARM PROJECT (LIVE A LIFE Inc) to make a "Gifu Prefecture Yuzu Mocktail." We were provided with irregularly shaped but fresh and fragrant yuzu, which we combined with lemon and kuro moji to create a refreshing drink. Not only the juice but also the whole peel is used, giving it a slightly bitter taste. The wonderful graphic design was done by Kobayashi Kazuki.
