This drink is a celebration drink for the 6th anniversary of MONK, a sake and seasonal food store in Tsujido, Kanagawa Prefecture. The carefully grown kabosu has a soft sour taste, and cinnamon leaves, lemon verbena, and coriander seeds are added to bring out its unique aroma. The drink was named "TAKE6" with the theme of "Let's all have a toast!"
