The ginger used in CAN-PANY's GINGER SODA series is organic ginger from Kariya Farm in Ino Town, Kochi Prefecture. Ginger that has been aged at low temperatures until summer has a deep, rich spiciness. In order to make the most of the flavor of the ingredients themselves, we simply added two types of herbs and a small amount of red chili to create a flavor that evokes the image of a "country of perpetual summer." It can be enjoyed chilled as is, or paired with spicy Southeast Asian dishes.
