Ira Cola "Drink Japan."
Ira Cola "Drink Japan."
A collaboration with Iryo Cola, a craft cola manufacturer. "Drink Japan" is a project to create craft cola that tells a story using "ingredients with a story" that Iryo Cola's Cola Kobayashi encountered while traveling around Japan.
This craft cola is made using the distillation lees (moromi) that are produced during distillation at mitosaya. The syrup is made from lemon and kaizukai distillation lees, and is then soaked with kabuki magnolia and Japanese bush clover flowers to create the craft cola. You can enjoy the complex combination of various fruits and herbs in one can, creating a deep flavor.
