At the request of nokNok, who proposes new ways to enjoy tea, we created two types of tea soda based on flavorful first-grade tea. Okutomi-en is a tea plantation in Sayama, Saitama Prefecture, that has been in business since the Edo period. The stems of the tea plant are called "bones," and this tea is made with "Oni no Shirahone," a lightly roasted, fragrant stem, and combined with strawberries from Saitama Prefecture. This is a tea with a pleasant aftertaste.
