CAN-PANY will be holding its first guest event on Monday, May 29th.
Our guest is Luka, a distiller from Monachus distillery from Croatia!
On the day, you can enjoy Monachus gin, as well as two new drinks from CAN-PANY. We will also be serving cocktails to pair with Monachus.
The venue is CAN-PANY's food and beverage space, Drink Bar.
This is an event that anyone can participate in, so please come along.

Luka Zuljevic (Monachus Distillery)
After an internship at mitosaya, Luka started Monachus Distillery in Croatia in 2019.
He is deeply inspired by the use of fresh botanicals, which he uses from his region, Istria, except for those that don't grow in Croatia, like coffee.
Monacos is very ingredient-conscious, and when they find a great plant or fruit, they start imagining the spirit it will create. The distillery is very small, producing around 3,500 bottles a year, minimizing waste and avoiding the use of plastic in packaging.
The name Monacus comes from Monachus Monachus (the Mediterranean monk seal).
