Five-spice powder (wu xiang fen) is a spice representative of Chinese cuisine. It is a spice mix made from five ingredients that vary from region to region, including cloves and cinnamon. The orange peel used to resemble dried chenpi was delivered from a cafe in Ginza. This upcycled drink uses the peels left over from squeezing the best quality oranges for the season to make juice. Cinnamon, cloves, sand kernels and Sichuan peppercorns are added to create a stimulating drink with a gorgeous aroma.
