Kimidori Farm Project Gifu Prefecture Yuzu Mocktail

We were commissioned by KIMIDORI FARM PROJECT (LIVE A LIFE Inc.) to create a mocktail made with real yuzu from Gifu Prefecture.
We were provided with irregularly shaped, yet fresh and fragrant yuzu, which we combined with lemon and kuro moji to create a refreshing drink.
Not only the juice but also the whole peel is used, giving it a slightly bitter taste.

The wonderful graphic design is by Kobayashi Kazuki @kobayashi.ikki .

Although yuzu is often thought of as a winter fruit, it's also very refreshing to drink during the hot and humid season☀️Please give it a try!
